Investing Non-Executive Directors

We work with start-up, early stage and developing clients who are looking to strengthen their Boards and their Balance Sheets.

Our expertise enables us to identify and fill management team skill gaps, to deliver strategy and enable successful fundraising.

To demonstrate commitment and belief in the organisation's success, candidates often want to share in this through an equity investment. First Flight pioneered the concept of investing Chairmen/Non-Executive Directors and 70% of the candidates on our database want to invest, with an average investment per non Exec of £70K and with the highest at £250,000; £4m has so far been invested by our Non Execs.

We aim to provide a shortlist of suitable Non-Executive Director or Chairmen candidates within 3 weeks. All candidates will have the skills and experience to make a positive contribution. All will have indicated that they may invest, where appropriate. Our team is available to attend all candidate interviews and will assist in the investment discussions where requested.

We have completed 80 Non-Executive Director projects where candidates have invested approximately £4 million.
