First Flight pioneered the concept of investing Non-Executive Directors.

We work with companies to find suitable Non-Executive Directors and Chairmen. Our expertise enables us to identify and fill management team skill gaps, to deliver strategy and enable successful fundraising.

To demonstrate commitment and belief in the organisation's success, candidates often want to share in this through an equity investment.

We aim to provide a shortlist of suitable Non-Executive Director or Chairmen candidates within 3 weeks. All candidates will have the skills and experience to make a positive contribution. All will have indicated that they may invest, where appropriate. Our team is available to attend all candidate interviews and will assist in the investment discussions where requested.

We have completed 120 Non-Executive Director projects where candidates have invested approximately £4 million.
