How We Work

Our 40 year's experience of mergers and acquisitions shows that MBI or BIMBO (where some of the management team remain in a Buy-Out situation) deals are strong alternatives to trade sales.

We  work with all our MBI candidates and teams to efficiently structure any deal according to its fundability. We use our established relationships within the banking community to enable us to offer a range of funding and financing options to our clients.

We work exclusively on behalf of the acquiring parties. Our focus on deals in the £1m to £6m turnover range provides us with the expertise and relationships to act effectively where many VCs and private equity do not operate.

To date we have worked on deals in a wide range of sectors, with deal turnover of £10 million in the last twelve months.
