First Flight operates exclusively on the "Buy Side" of MBIs and our team has over six decades of experience in mergers and acquisitions. As such, we are able to advise and structure MBI &/or Buy-In/Management-Buy-Out (BIMBO) projects efficiently and effectively.

We specialise in transactions in the £1m-6m range and put the acquisition teams together sometimes with a Chairman &/or Non-Executive Director; working with them on the lending proposal and assisting with arranging finance, including cash flow lend and asset finance. We have established a proven track record of pre-qualifying all our proposals and have seldom failed to meet a funding requirement.

First Flight currently has large number of candidates looking to acquire companies & we have recently increased our team capable of handling MBI/BIMBO transactions on their behalf.
