First Flight operates exclusively on the "Buy Side" of Management Buy-Ins (MBIs) and our team has over six decades of experience in mergers and acquisitions. As such, we are able to advise and structure MBI &/or Buy-In/Management-Buy-Out (BIMBO) projects efficiently and effectively.
We specialise in transactions in the £1m-6m range and put the acquisition teams together sometimes with a Chairman &/or Non-Executive Director; working with them on the lending proposal and assisting with arranging finance, including cash flow lend and asset finance. We have established a proven track record of pre-qualifying all our proposals and have seldom failed to meet a funding requirement.
First Flight currently has a large number of candidates looking to acquire companies & we have recently increased our team capable of handling MBI/BIMBO transactions on their behalf.
We have recently completed 6 MBI transactions with a total value of £15 million.
