Non-Executive Director Survey - Unquoted Companies
At the end of 2007 First Flight published their 24 page Survey on Non-Executive Directors in Unquoted Companies which is the largest of its kind ever undertaken. No reserach has ever been carried out before in the Unquoted Sector and First Flight is pleased to have taken the initiative with this valuable piece of research.
We sent out a questionnaire to everyone on our database plus to the CEOs of all AIM listed companies plus CEOs of VCTs, Private Equity Companies and other City organisations.
It is clear that this is a very topical piece of research which has produced fascinating insights into the roles that Non-Executive Directors play, and in particular the differences of the role in unquoted and quoted companies.
